Return Policy for Hoodies and Socks
We take pride in offering quality products at IPHIS. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.
Return Policy for Underwear Purchases.
Please note that due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for underwear purchases. Please carefully review your selections before completing your order, as products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
